It Is Time To Start Planning

Welcome to the upcoming workshop season at Petals And Stems.

Here are some important details.

Workshops start on November 14th, We do not take Wed. evening or Sunday Bookings.
Daytime workshops are available on Mondays and Wednesdays with a minimum of 8 attendees.
Evening/Saturday workshops require a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 attendees.
We provide complimentary hot drinks; you are welcome to bring outside snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for your party crew.
All hosts(party planners) get a $50 discount on their workshop ticket as a thank-you gesture.(Can only apply to 1 ticket per workshop)

2023 Workshop Design Options
All workshops will be designed using the most beautiful and fresh winter greens. Pine Cedar and Fir, along with our favourite additions of magnolia/oregonia and in some designs eucalyptus and fancy cedar. Ribbon choices along with berry colour choices are always your to make, to customize your design to your liking. THESE PHOTOS ARE SAMPLES ONLY-this years offerings may differ slightly from what you see.

Grapevine Wreath Workshop

$100 +Tax-We are excited about this new look that brings a touch of modern elegance to this wreath. If you prefer the look we have had in the past we are happy to show you how to achieve that look as well.

Guests are welcome to return previous workshop wreaths for a $10 refund.

Drop In Pot Workshop

$125+tax- You'll receive all the essentials: mixed greenery, berries, , 3 dried inserts(pods or pine cones) willow, and a bow, along with a basic bucket. Take it home as it is in its simple beauty or we welcome you to bring and reuse your inserts from previous winter workshops of the past &/OR additional enhancements will be available for purchase on-site to take your design to the next level if you so choose to step your design up a notch.

A Wicker Welcome Workshop

$150 +Tax

Switch things up by taking a new approach to your warm winter welcome this year. These beautiful large hanging whicker baskets are a statement piece that are always a favourite. Some details will differ from the photo but this is the general idea of what we will create. Colour choices will be left to you.

Full Winter Wreath Workshop

$150 +tax Each year these become more and more popular. With a large array of mixed greens, and so much natural beauty, what is there not to love. This years offerings may differ from that shown in photo, but these huge wreaths are worth every penny. No one is ever disappointed.

FAQ'S

What if I can not meet the guest count minimums?

Please ask us about our at home kit and video tutorial option. This is a great option for those that would like a Petals And Stems private workshop feel, but can not meet the minimums. We provide all you need to make your projects at home. We also host public workshops which will be posted by the end of October.

Can we all create a different design at your workshops?

Unfortunately at in person workshops, your full group must design the same project. While I can instruct people on how to accomplish different "looks" the design choice must be the same.

How do we secure our spot?

A non refundable payment of two full payments of your chosen design project will be required to save your date. All other payments will be due to be paid for all other guests by the end of October. Workshops can be planned after the end of October, but dates may be limited.
